e.l.f. haul + review part 2!

i did my first e.l.f. haul and review a little over a month ago and it left me wanting to try even more e.l.f. products! one thing i love about e.l.f. is that they are constantly having deals on their website. a few weeks ago they were running a deal for $20 of free minerals products when you spend $20. of course i couldn't resist the deal, so i placed an order for 14 products!

e.l.f. Essential Nail Polish- Mod Mauve & Smoky Brown- i'll be reviewing these 2 on the nail files over the next 2 weeks!

e.l.f. Mineral Foundation SPF 15- Beige- to be fair, i knew i wouldn't like this. loose powder foundation is just not my thing. it's messy and i feel like i can never get it to look even. this provides light coverage and has SPF, so if you're a fan of mineral foundations, give it a shot!

e.l.f. Mineral Moisturizing Lip Tint SPF 8- Cherry- LOVE. very smooth and moisturizing. i love that it feels like there's nothing on my lips and it is not sticky at all!

e.l.f. Studio Baked Eyeshadow- Enchanted- i love the color of this, but the pigment is horrible. so, if you have the patience to deal with applying a ton of eyeshadow, you may be happy with the color. it's not worth the effort for me.

e.l.f. Studio Baked Blush- Peachy Cheeky- a pretty, shimmery peach blush. pigment is pretty good, so i am happy with this product!

e.l.f. Studio Lip Exfoliator
- works great! not too rough at all. smells good. this stuff seems to always be out of stock, so grab it if you find it!

e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow- Temptress (Matte) & Mysterious (Matte)- surprisingly, these have decent pigment! also, they made me fall in love with the matte look. again, i'm not a fan of loose powder though.

e.l.f. Studio Maximum Coverage Concealer - Oil Free- Sand- a pretty good concealer. i use it for the under eye area. it doesn't crease or get cakey. would definitely repurchase!

e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Primer- Sheer- this product seems to take longer to dry than UD primer potion. at the end of the day, i did have a bit of creasing and my eyeshadow seemed to have faded during the day, but i think i'll keep this in my makeup bag for days when i'm wearing light eyeshadow or don't need it to last 8+ hours.

e.l.f. Studio HD Blush- Superstar- VERY VERY pigmented. a tiny drop of this goes a long way. i've found that the best way t
o apply is to put a tiny dot on the back of your hand, spread it out with your finger, and then using a small stipple brush barely tap the brush into the product and apply to cheeks. it took me a couple tries to get this down, but i like it.

e.l.f. Mineral Lip Gloss- Trendsetter- just a regular lip gloss, nothing special about it.

e.l.f. Studio Small Stipple Brush- love this brush more than the regular e.l.f. stipple brush because it's much more dense. they are surprising me with their brushes! this and the kabuki have become some of my favorites!

have you tried any of these e.l.f. products?

I did the same e.l.f deal! Their prices really are amazing. The products are hit or miss, but I did find some I really liked, such as the concealer and HD blush in Superstar. I haven't tried the mineral eyeshadows I got yet.

Yay! I'm so glad you shared this deal! I should do a review too :) I love the mineral moisturizing lip gloss!! I got a couple others that are sticky though. Oh, I did get the mineral mist and I like it!

I've only bought E.L.F mascara & blush. I didn't like the blush so much...but the mascara was good :)

I LOVE me some e.l.f products. They aren't the absolute best products in the world, but for the price and how often I get bored with things, I love knowing that I'm not spending a fortune :)

I love e.l.f products!! I use the HD powder and some of their eye shadows that I got for free .... They seem to stay on ... and that is always a struggle for me!

Wanting to try the lip exfoliator .... looks like that will be the next purchase!

Thanks for the review!

I have a few of their products that I really do like too! I have the stipple brush and have no idea how to use it lol. I should really find a youtube video for it!

I've tried some of them--I like the eye primer pretty well (you're right that it takes a little longer to dry, but it is SO MUCH CHEAPER and I think it does the job). I love the mineral eyeshadow. SO MUCH. I have a few colors and my favorite is a dark-ish purple. It stays on forever and it is sooooo shimmery. I'm definitely gonna buy more of those!

I also bought the mineral foundation, and I like it, though I don't know that I like it as much as bare minerals. Still, I'll probably keep buying it since it is almost $20 cheaper than BM. I wanna try that baked blush now! Looks so pretty.

I love their mineral foundation, but like @Claire, I think I still like Bare Minerals more. I'm a fan of ELF products so I'm happy I stumbled on your review! I'm going to check the eyeshadows!!!

I'm rocking the smokey brown nails right now. Love it, but definitely needs a good application of top coat.

AND I had no idea they were making baked products now. good to know.

You know you can get most of this at Target?? I just picked up the HD powder you talked about and LOVE it. I am still on the fence about the mineral foundation. I am a Bare Minerals girl tried and true.

I really should start going online and ordering my ELF products. I know they have more of a selection online compared to Target or other places. You always get the best deals!!!

ELF should pay YOU for all the business you give them! ;)

We all know how much I LOVE your reviews :) I don't like loose powder either. Especially with eye shadows. I haven't been super impressed with their eyeshadow because of the pigmentation so I'm glad to hear you found one that is actually decent. Buuuut, they are loose powder haha :)

I've had my eye on the baked blush and after reading your review, I think I might be purchasing one of those bad boys soon!

I really like their cream eyeshadows! When you put some primer on with them it lasts all day.
